Heather and Mya executed one of our most memorable guest chef nights yet here at Café Torino. We don’t serve dinner, so once every two months we do a themed guest chef night and I requested an Italian/Asian fusion, which couldn’t have been more creatively pulled off. Dungeness crab and kaffir lime rice balls, five spiced braised beef shank with curry sweet potatoes, lemongrass panna cotta? The combinations wowed our guests not only in their appearance but delicious flavors. They were so organized and tidy in our tight space, worked well coordinating with our staff and were entertaining with the guests. The quality of food they prepared with our price point was genius.

Working with Heather and her team was a flawless, fun experience from start to finish. Her passion, attention to detail and personal touch made our event a huge success. Our guests to this day still talk about how amazing the meal was and we simply could not have wowed everyone without her intimately involved every step of the way. Thank you to Heather, Mya and their catering crew for an outstanding dinner party to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday party. She fed over 100 people and everything was delicious. Heather provided a menu board presentation for crepe options which were made to order. Our Paris theme party was a big hit. The food was plentiful, hot, creative and yummy. The staff was gracious and professional. Oh, yes, I should mention the price was amazingly reasonable. Our family will never forget that wonderful event. Thanks again Heather and Mya!
