Two Lakes Catering Company is a full service, year round catering company serving the Lake Chelan, WA and Lake Pend Oreille, ID regions. We are a mobile catering operation with the ability to bring the party to you, and are one of few options in the area with a state of the art pig roaster.

We bring the flavors, ingredients and personality of the beautiful Chelan and Pend Oreille regions to businesses and off site catering venues, vacation homes, private parties and celebrations. We offer specialty services such as pig, lamb and salmon roasts, multi-ethnic catering, healthy, gluten free and allergy sensitive options. We will take full advantage of the influences around us such as the wine regions, livestock, local grain and produce farms as well as seafood from the Pacific Northwest.

We are able to serve meals from 2-200 and offer a number of selections to suit everyone. We favor family and buffet style service bringing value to the customer  and to represent the style of the lake community.

Our focus is the food, providing simple yet eye appealing presentations and landscapes that will highlight flavors and quality. We will serve the freshest food possible, utilizing our relationships with local vendors, producers and growers. We are community focused with strong relationships with wineries, event spaces, vacation rental companies, business owners and vendors. We love the lake, the countryside, the mountains and the people that come to enjoy them.

Our goal is to make great food accessible to everyone in the region at all price points from wedding parties to anniversary dinners, to a family of six staying for a week in a rental unit, to a local family with guests in town who don’t want to be bothered with cooking.

 

Founder Profiles:

Heather Nucifora

Heather has been in the food service industry for over a dozen years. Her unique background as a registered dietitian with a certified culinary degree in 2007 integrates healthy eating with amazing tasting cuisine.  She has worked in menu development and recipe design for large contract companies as well as international food companies. Heather has been the executive chef for a Seattle based restaurant developer and has owned a culinary consulting company since 2009 specializing in recipe development, catering and personal chef operations. Her strengths in the food industry are knowledge of trends, nutrition, flavor development and menu design as well as themed dining for up to 200 people. She is the ‘mad alchemist’ of the operation, creating inventive cuisine that has wowed a number of palates.

 

Mya Archamboult

Mya has worked for the Forest Service and Park Service for 20 years fighting fires in the remotest parts of the U.S.  She spent the winters cooking in ski area restaurants.  Mya’s passion comes from serving fresh, local food to people who love the outdoor lifestyle.  Her strengths are attention to detail and strategic planning, logistics, and taking control of quickly changing situations.  Mya is a mentor, a trainer, and a motivator and was the 2012 Washington State Tradeswoman of the Year. She serves as the ever personable ‘Chief Networking Officer’.
